BOOKING CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read the booking terms and conditions below carefully. Each booking, once confirmed, becomes a contract in accordance with current Italian law. The contract is binding on the person making the booking and all other persons named in the booking, including minors.

BOOKING:

You can send an availability request from our website or by email and wait for our response. Alternatively, you can make a reservation online by following the instructions on our website www.coderooms.it. Following your request, you will receive a non-binding offer. The reservation is considered confirmed only after we have sent you a written confirmation stating the total price of the stay and authorized the processing of your credit card details, or after payment of the deposit. If confirmation is not received within the required timeframe, the reservation will be considered void.
The reservation becomes binding only upon receipt of a copy of the deposit payment receipt or the credit card details for the authorized debit.

Tirreno Code Rooms will then send the guest a confirmation email or a summary voucher to present at check-in. Confirmation of the reservation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the information provided in the confirmation and notify us as soon as possible of any discrepancies. The Hotel declines all responsibility for any inaccuracies. In the event of any discrepancy between the information you provided at the time of booking and the actual information (number of guests and their ages) at check-in, the rates provided by our online booking service will be invalidated and the rates corresponding to the actual occupancy will be applied.
Upon arrival, identification for each guest is required.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

When making a bank transfer, it is important to always indicate "DEPOSIT FOR CONFIRMATION" along with the dates of your stay and the name of the reservation.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit equal to 30% of the total booked services will be required.
The deposit is non-refundable.

PREPAIRS:

Tirreno Code Rooms reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to your arrival. This pre-authorization allows the hotel to temporarily hold the full amount of your stay, or a portion thereof, to ensure the credit card is valid. NO DEPOSIT WILL BE COLLECTED. The preauthorization automatically expires 20 days after the requested date, and the amount will be released. If the preauthorization fails, the guest will be notified and the reservation will be canceled. In this case, the hotel will have no obligation to the guest.

"Non-Refundable" Advance Payment:
If this special rate is booked, the full amount will be charged to the credit card or requested via bank transfer. The full amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

INDIVIDUAL POLICY:

Low - Medium Season (September to June)
No penalty will be applied up to 4 days before the check-in date.
In the event of cancellation or modification within 3 days of the check-in date, or in the event of a no-show, a penalty equal to the entire stay will be applied.
In the event of early departures, a penalty equal to the entire stay will be applied.
High Season (July and August)
No penalty will be applied up to 15 days before the check-in date.
In case of cancellation or changes within 14 days of the check-in date, or in case of no-shows, a penalty equal to the entire stay will be applied.
In case of early departures, a penalty equal to the entire stay will be applied.

GROUP POLICY:

By making a reservation, the person completing the process is identified as the group leader and confirms that they are authorized by the other participants to adhere to Tirreno Code Rooms' Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy. The group leader is responsible for the total billing for all reservations confirmed by them. Requests after the deadline must be communicated directly and exclusively by the group leader.
GROUP rates are valid for a minimum of 25 paying guests. In the event of cancellations or subsequent changes to the group size below this number, increased rates will apply.
No penalty will be applied up to 30 days before the check-in date.
In the event of cancellations or changes made between 29 and 15 days before the check-in date, a penalty equal to the first night's stay will be applied.
In the event of cancellations or changes made within 14 days of the check-in date, or in the event of a no-show, a penalty equal to the entire stay will be applied.
Early departures will incur a penalty equal to the entire stay.

PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE:

The hotel bill must be paid by the evening before check-out.
We accept the following payment methods: Cash – Debit/Maestro – Visa – Mastercard – American Express – Diners Club – Bank Transfer.
Checks are not accepted.

NO-SHOW:

In the event of a no-show on the scheduled arrival date, the reservation will be considered canceled. The hotel also reserves the right to reserve the reserved room for other guests, starting the following day.

CHECK-IN FROM 2:00 PM

However, by prior arrangement, early check-in is possible, provided the reserved room was vacated the previous evening.
If the room was occupied the previous night by other guests, you can store your luggage at the reception desk; our staff will take it to your room once it is ready.
In the event of early arrival, we appreciate prior notification from the guest so we can organize our check-in and avoid long waits.
Room availability is guaranteed only if the guest has provided a deposit and provided us with a mobile phone number to contact them in the event of a delay.

CHECK-OUT BY 11:00 AM

In the event of a late check-out, the guest will be charged a surcharge of 50% of the overnight stay.
If guests booked for that day arrive in the same room, and the late check-out causes inconvenience and a long wait for those guests, a surcharge of 100% of the overnight stay will be charged.

GUEST NON-COMPLIANCE

All charges for guest non-compliance will be applied directly to the credit card details provided by the guest at the time of booking.

ITEMS FORGOTTEN AT THE HOTEL

We will NOT, under any circumstances, ship items forgotten by guests.
It is the guest's responsibility to send a courier to collect them.

ROOM MAKE-UP

Guests must vacate their rooms by 11:00 a.m. during their stay at our hotel to ensure they are cleaned, the beds made, and the linens changed.
Guests who do not respect this time cannot be guaranteed regular room make-up and cleaning.

RATES

The hotel informs that, unless otherwise specified, rates are calculated in euros and do not include extras and incidentals.
Tirreno Code Rooms also reserves the right to change the prices listed on the website at any time and without notice.

PAYMENT TERMS

To make a reservation, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to complete a transaction. You agree to use credit or debit cards owned by you and to ensure that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the transaction. You assume financial responsibility for all transactions made in your name or on your bank account.

FORCE MAJEURE

Management declines all responsibility for disruptions due to supply shortages, accidental equipment failures, or other causes of force majeure. Management declines all responsibility for damage caused by other guests, weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, disease, or theft.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ON THE SITE

The Site contains copyrighted material, trade names, and other intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to, text, photographs, videos, graphic images, and may in the future include music and sound. All content on the Site is protected by copyright laws. We or our licensors own the copyright and/or database right in the selection, coordination, arrangement, and development of such content, as well as in the original content therein. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, prepare derivative works, or otherwise commercially exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, except as provided in these Terms.
You may download information from the site for your personal use only. Except as otherwise expressly permitted by copyright law, you may not copy, redistribute, retransmit, publish, or commercially exploit downloaded material without our express permission and that of the copyright owner.
